Polycrystalline Ceramic Fiber Module

SDTECH Polycrystalline Mullite Fiber Module is a high-temperature insulation module produced by cutting, layering, and compressing polycrystalline mullite fiber using a specialized process. The product contains no binders or organic materials whatsoever and offers exceptional strength and flexibility. With a maximum operating temperature of 1,600°C, it maintains superior structural stability and flexibility even in oxidizing atmospheres and features a smooth surface with outstanding elasticity.
The bead-free manufacturing process allows the module to be bonded directly to refractory bricks, refractory mortar, and insulating wall structures. Combining superior insulation performance with structural integrity, it is widely used as a hot-face lining and insulation coating for high-temperature industrial furnaces and is recognized as a benchmark in advanced industrial manufacturing.
