Vacuum Formed Shapes

SDTECH Vacuum-Formed Products are high-performance insulation materials made by processing refractory fiber mixtures through a vacuum forming process. The products offer excellent high-temperature heat resistance and high mechanical strength, and can be freely cut and fabricated even in an unfired state. Ideal for insulating furnaces, piping, and other high-temperature equipment, these energy-efficient materials can also be produced in surface-hardened or fully hardened form to meet specific customer requirements.
