Aerogel Blanket

SDTECH Aerogel Blanket is currently the highest-performing insulation material available. The aerogel's pore diameter is smaller than the mean free path of air molecules, thereby keeping them in a near-stationary state and preventing heat transfer by convection. Aerogel’s low density and complex nano-network structure simultaneously block heat transfer in both solid and gaseous states, while its infinitely continuous microporous wall structure effectively blocks radiant heat, minimizing overall heat loss.

  • Superior Insulating Performance: With extremely low thermal conductivity, it delivers insulating performance three to five times greater than conventional insulation materials, reducing heat loss, improving space utilization, and maintaining outstanding performance even in high-temperature environments.
  • Fire and Water Resistance: Meets the national Class A non-combustible building material standard, with a water repellency rate of 99% or higher, effectively blocking the penetration of water and water vapor.
  • Heat Resistance and Durability: The three-dimensional nano-porous structure of aerogel shows virtually no structural deformation or particle detachment even after prolonged use, maintaining long-term stability and heat resistance.
